Matt DeCleene
Senior Pastor
Matthew DeCleene was born in Milwaukee and grew up in Lena, WI, the twelfth of thirteen children.
After graduating from high school, Matt moved to Sturgeon Bay and attended church for about a year before embracing faith in Jesus Christ. He became active in the church, teaching, sharing his faith, and serving as a deacon. In 1988, Matt left a supervisory position at a car dealership to pursue pastoral ministry, moving his family to Northland Baptist Bible College in Dunbar, WI.
After graduation in 1992, the DeCleenes moved to Marinette to “plant” (start) a church. God providentially provided a place for Twin City Baptist Church to meet: the former Sacred Heart Church building. After some much-needed renovations, regular services started at our current site on Sunday, May 3, 1993.
Pastor DeCleene supported his family with other employment until 2000, when the church was able to take him on full-time.
Pastor Matt and his wife Vicki have four grown children.

His philosophy of ministry is best described in the words of 1 Corinthians 10:31:
Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
Adriel Solis
Assistant Pastor
Adriel Solís was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, the second of two children.
Adriel grew up in a Christian home and church, where he weekly heard the gospel. At the age of 11, he placed his faith in Christ as his savior. While a junior in high school, during a mission conference at his local church, he fully surrendered his life to whatever the Lord wanted him to do. Right after high school, he attended community college to study mechanics, and shortly after, he attended Bible College to pursue pastoral ministry.
After graduating, he became an intern pastor at Twin City Baptist. During that internship, he went to BJU to pursue a master’s in counseling. Two years later, he joined the staff full-time.
Pastor Adriel oversees the youth and Hispanic ministries and is also one of our church’s biblical counselors.
He has a heart for young people. He desires to see this generation stand up for Jesus in the midst of a wicked world!
Pastor Adriel is the husband of Magdiel, and they have two beautiful kids: Hadassha and Tobías.

His philosophy of ministry is best described in the words of Philippians 1:21:
For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
Bo Wilcox
Assistant Pastor
Bo Wilcox was born in Negaunee, MI, and grew up in Coleman, WI. He is the fourth of ten children.
Bo grew up in a Christian home and put his faith in Christ at a young age. He attended Twin City Baptist Church for the majority of his life.
After graduating from high school, Bo attended Pillsbury Baptist Bible College in their double major program, studying Business Management and Biblical Theology. During his Senior year at Pillsbury, the college announced it would be closing, so he then transferred to Maranatha Baptist Bible College to complete his undergrad degrees.
After graduating from college, Bo moved back home, got a job at a plywood factory, and was soon married to his wife, Chara. Bo worked at the factory for the following fifteen years and was involved in the youth ministries at TCBC during that time.
In 2024, Bo entered a one-year internship at the church in a part-time capacity. After which, he felt God growing his desire for ministry. In November of 2025, Bo was licensed by the church.

His philosophy of ministry is best described in the words of Jeremiah 9:23–24:
Thus says the LORD: ‘Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, nor let the mighty man glory in his might, nor let the rich man glory in his riches; but let him who glories glory in this, that he understands and knows Me,
that I am the LORD, exercising lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth. For in these I delight,’ says the LORD.
Our Lay Leadership
Our church is congregationally run and pastor-led. An eight-member leadership board, consisting of deacons and pastors, provides direction in day-to-day operational tasks and Christian discipleship.
